COSMETIC DENTAL TREATMENTS

General Dentistry

Cosmetic Dentistry in Epsom, Surrey

Cosmetic dentistry can improve the appearance of your smile by addressing issues such as discoloration, crooked or misaligned teeth, gaps, and chipped or broken teeth. Treatments may include teeth whitening, composite bonding, veneers, orthodontics, or dental implants. By creating a customised treatment plan, cosmetic dentistry can help you achieve a natural-looking, healthy, and beautiful smile.

Composite Bonding

There are endless ways for cracks and chips to form; whether it’s eating crunchy foods, drinking certain drinks, teeth grinding, opening bottles with your mouth or playing contact sports – the list goes on! Equally, if you have any large gaps or your teeth are an uneven shape, it can leave you feeling self-conscious.

Composite bonding is a transformative, non-invasive and cost-effective cosmetic treatment that can turn your teeth from worn and shabby to smooth and symmetrical in as little as an hour.  Bonding uses a tooth-coloured composite resin material to smooth over cracks, chips and discolouration – it can also close gaps and correct the shape of uneven teeth. The composite material is putty-like, making it easy to mould and sculpt in any way necessary.

First, we will prime the surface of your teeth to ensure the bonding will stick – then we apply the composite resin and shape it carefully over your teeth before hardening it with a UV light.

Teeth Whitening

We use our teeth every day without fail, so a few stains here and there are to be expected.

Brown or yellow stains can form on even the healthiest teeth after consuming certain foods and drinks, smoking tobacco, or even as you age. At Quadrant Dental, we offer a range of non-invasive, at-home whitening treatments to remove surface stains and make your teeth sparkle brightly again in a matter of weeks.

Take-home whitening kits contain tailor-made dental trays and bleaching gels that you will wear during the day or whilst you sleep, over a few weeks.

Boutique Professional Teeth Whitening is a safe, simple and effective treatment that fits your lifestyle. As a fully home-whitening option, you will apply the Boutique Whitening gel to custom-made trays and wear them during the day or overnight, depending on the treatment option you choose.

Invisalign

Invisalign turns everything you know about braces on its head; it is an advanced orthodontic treatment that straightens teeth using multiple sets of near-invisible aligners.

If the thought of visible wires or food stuck in brackets has been putting you off fixing your dental imperfections, this hassle-free alternative could be just the thing for you.

At your initial consultation, we’ll use our digital scanner to create a 3D simulation of what your teeth could look like post-treatment – if you’re happy with this, we will plan a bespoke treatment for you.

We will support you throughout the treatment to ensure that you get the result you wish for.

White fillings

White fillings use composite resin material to repair the damage left by tooth decay, grinding or chewing hard foods. They are a popular alternative to silver, ‘amalgam’ fillings, which many find unsightly due to their dark, noticeable appearance. It is often quite impossible to spot white fillings as we colour-match the material to your natural teeth, making them a discreet solution that can last for many years.

Like bonding treatments, we use a composite resin material for white filling treatments. This resin is layered onto your teeth and hardened using UV light.

Veneers

Dental veneers are a natural, long-lasting and non-invasive way to restore the appearance and function of damaged, decayed or imperfect teeth. We can use different materials like ceramic, porcelain or composite, depending on your requirements. Veneers can transform the shape, colour, size and position of a single tooth or multiple teeth.

First, we prepare your teeth for treatment which may involve removing a very thin layer of your enamel (though not always) to ensure the veneers fit on smoothly and are the right thickness to blend in perfectly with your natural teeth. Then we’ll take a digital scan of your teeth to create your veneers, before fitting them using a dental adhesive.
